Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase
Please read these terms and conditions BEFORE making your ticket purchase:
This is the only authorized website to purchase tickets for New England Wizardfest, November 2-3, 2019 at The Best Western Hotel in Marlborough Massachusetts and any future New England Wizardfest events.
Your receipt IS your ticket.
Our website sends an immediate email receipt once your purchase has gone through. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder. Once you have received this email, please print and save or save to your phone. For security purposes and to prevent fraud, we cannot send duplicate receipts.
New England Wizardfest will not be held responsible for lost receipts.
Upon arrival, please present your receipt or show on your phone with a photo ID for your wristband(s).
To ensure the Enjoyment of All of Our Guests, please note the following:
For secuirty purposes and in accordance with the guidelines set forth by other ticket venues, sporting events, concerts, festivals, etc…tickets purchased from unauthorized dealers, websites, individuals and scalpers will be confiscated. You will not be allowed into Wizardfest and legal action may occur as these tickets will be considered counterfeit. You may also be escorted from the premises.
These terms also include homemade wristbands and wristbands from previous events.
Do not duplicate your receipt and give to others, as ALL receipts (including yours) will be confiscated and considered fraudulent. You will not be allowed into Wizardfest and you may be escorted from the premises.
In accordance with Hotel Policy, No Pets are allowed. No outside food is allowed inside the hotel.
Sealed water bottles are permitted. No weapons of ANY kind. No Large backpacks.
Due to the popularity of this event and limited number of tickets; ALL tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. All sales are final.
